During your consultation, one of our trained child safety experts will:

• Talk you through the different product options you’re considering such as cots, monitors, carriers, highchair, swings, nursery furniture etc. 

• Explain key features, differences, and benefits.

• Demonstrate products where applicable, so you can see how they work in real life

• Help narrow down choices to what best suits your baby, lifestyle, and budget

All products we offer have been carefully vetted and meet international safety standards, so you can shop with confidence.

This consultation does not include car seats, travel systems or baby wearing fittings. These categories require specialist, one-on-one appointments and typically take a full hour to ensure correct guidance, fit and safety. You are of coarse welcome to browse our ranges. But If you require professional assistance and demonstration of car seats, prams and/ or baby carriers, please book the relevant specialist consultation separately, so we can give you the time and attention these important purchases deserve.
