WHAT ARE THE SAFETY FEATURES OF THE RECARO ZERO 1 ISIZE?

The Zero 1 iSize offers foldable wings for maximum side impact protection. It uses isofix connection for an easy and secure installation to the vehicle. The HERO safety system prevents belts from slipping or twisting and makes buckling up easy.

WHAT ARE THE COMFORT FEATURES OF THE RECARO ZERO 1 ISIZE?

The Zero 1 is a dream for parents as it swivels 90 degrees towards you, making it easy on your back whilst strapping your little in or out the car. The seat can be rotated with one hand.

Younger babies are optimally and ergonomically supported with the flexible insert cushion. The height adjustable head supports with memory foam can easily be adjusted as your baby grows. The memory foam provides a comfortable support for little ones as it adapts perfectly to the body shape and provides necessary support.

There are 2 recline position in both directions. The seat reclines within the extra shell, so it does not take up any additional space when reclining it further. The Zero 1 has limited legroom for the child. It does sit fairly high up on the vehicle bench, so children should be able to see out the window in most cars.

The Reacro Zero iSize was awarded the “Tested & Recommended” seal of approval by the Aktion Gesunder Rücken (AGR, Campaign for Healthier Backs). The seat was awarded this seal of approval, as it is not only easier on a parent's back when placing little one into the seat due to rotation, but the child seat ensures ergonomically correct sitting positions in one of the most important stages of physical development of the child.

HOW IS THE RECARO ZERO 1 ISIZE INSTALLED?

The Zero 1 iSize does not detach from the base, so it is heavy to transfer between cars. It weighs 15kg. It is, however, quick and easy to install. It has visual indicators to ensure correct installation.

HOW TO INSTALL THE RECARO ZERO 1 ISIZE REAR FACING

Attach the isofix connectors of the base to the vehicles isofix brackets and check that the isofix indicators turn green. The base should then be pushed as close to the vehicle backrest as possible for a secure installation.

The support leg should then be adjusted to the correct height in the footwell of the car. The support leg indicator should turn green. 

HOW TO INSTALL THE RECARO ZERO 1 IN FORWARD FACING?

The Zero 1 iSize is very easy to move from forward to rear facing. Simply flick the switch and rotate it around.

HOW LONG CAN THE RECARO ZERO 1 ISIZE BE USED FOR? 

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON RECARO ZERO 1 ISIZE?

A 2 year warranty applies from the date of purchase for manufacturing or material defects. The warranty is limited to child car seats that have been correctly used and which are returned in a clean and proper condition.

The warranty does not cover natural wear and damage due to excess strain or damage due to unsuitable or improper use. All Recaro fabrics fulfil high requirements in terms of colour fastness.

However, fabrics may become bleached by UV radiation. This is not a material defect, but simply a normal sign of wear, for which no warranty can be given. Belt lock malfunctions are generally the result of dirt and other debris; this is also not covered by the warranty.

IS THE RECARO ZERO 1 ISIZE COMPATIBLE WITH MY CAR?

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE RECARO ZERO 1 ISIZE?

The Zero 1 iSize weighs 15kg. It cannot be separated from the base making it heavy to move between cars. Its dimensions are 68cm in height, 46cm in width and has a depth of 70cm.

The Recaro Zero 1 is a high safety rated toddler car seat, that has great comfort features for your child and you. The 360 degree swivel makes it easier to put your child in and out the car. It is a heavy seat, which makes it effortful to move between cars. However, the actual installation process is quick and easy.
