The Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 is the new rotating infant seat from Maxi Cosi. When used with the FamilyFix 360 isofix base, you can swivel the seat to the door making it easier to put your baby in and out of the car. It combines safety for your baby and convenience for you. It can be installed with the vehicle seatbelt or with the FamilyFix 360 isofix base.
PROS AND CONS OF THE maxi cosi pebble 360
Pros
- One-hand, 180 degree swivel when used with the isofix base
- Ideal for 2-door cars and for users with back problems. Swivel lever is easier to reach than other brands
- Easy and fast installation
- Good padding and support for newborns
- Higher height limit than original Pebble Pro (83cm)
- The FamilyFix 360 isofix base can be used with the toddler seat (Pearl 360) later on
- It can be installed with the vehicle seatbelt if your vehicle does not have isofix

Cons
- Quite expensive when bought with the isofix base
- As with all car seats, the rotation function cannot be used if you install the seat with the vehicle seatbelt
- Although the height limit states it is outgrown at 83cm, we have found that it is usually outgrown sooner due to the short back rest.
WHAT ARE THE WEIGHT AND HEIGHT LIMITS OF THE maxi cosi pebble 360?
The Pebble 360 is an iSize approved infant car seat from birth/40cm-83cm/13kg. This usually lasts average-sized babies until they are approximately 15 months old.
WHAT ARE THE SAFETY FEATURES OF THE maxi cosi pebble 360?
When used with the FamilyFix 360 isofix base, you can ensure correct installation with the audio-visual installation indicators on the base. It performs well in crash tests and meets the severe UN R129 (iSize) side impact criteria.
For ultimate side impact protection, the Pebble 360 contains G-CELL 2.0 Side Impact Protection. This adds additional built-in energy absorption and provides maximum protection with improved 3D impact absorption from multiple angles, to ensure your baby’s safety in a collision.
When installed with the seatbelt, the Pebble 360 was given a score of 1.3 for safety from ADAC which is considered "very good".
When installed with the FamilyFix 360 isofix base, The Pebble 360 was given a score of 1.6 for safety from ADAC which is considered "good"
WHAT ARE THE COMFORT FEATURES OF THE maxi cosi pebble 360?
The Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 contains a removeable baby-hugg inlay that provides extra safety and comfort for your newborn. This inlay ensures optimal positioning and support for babies with minimal head and neck control.
This minimises the risk of your baby's head flopping forward in the car seat. This inlay gets removed at 60cm as this is when your baby has enough head control and will fit the seat without additional padding.
The Pebble 360 has an "easy-in harness". This ensures the harness stays out of the way when you are putting your baby into the seat and it also makes it easier to loosen and tighten the harness.
The headrest and integrated harness can be raised to your baby's height as they grow.
The Pebble 360 has been built with large ClimaFlow panels and breathable fabrics to maximise air circulation and temperature regulation. This will ensure your baby is always at a comfortable temperature, minimizing sweating and overheating.
Additionally, your baby will have maximum protection from the sun with the extra-large sun canopy that is independent of the carry handle

The Pebble 360 can be installed without a base, using the vehicle’s 3-point seatbelt.
HOW TO INSTALL MAXI COSI PEBBLE 360 with isofix base
Alternatively, it can be installed with the FamilyFix 360 isofix base. The base has audiovisual indicators, making it almost foolproof to install. It offers a click and go installation, once the isofix base is installed and left in the car. Simply click the Pebble 360 on and off the base every time you need to take your baby in or out of the car.
HOW TO REMOVE AND WASH THE Maxi cosi pebble 360 COVERS?
The cover should be washed at 30° C in a delicate wash cycle. Washing at higher temperatures than 30° C or by hand may result in colour bleeding. Wash separately from other items and never tumble dry! Always hang to dry out of direct sunlight.
HOW LONG CAN THE maxi cosi pebble 360 BE USED FOR?
The Pebble 360 has been developed for intensive use of 6 years.
This is only applicable if the seat has not been dropped, in an accident, or on an airplane (unboxed). The seat must also be stored appropriately to maximise the lifespan.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE maxi cosi pebble 360?
Maxi Cosi products have a 24 month warranty which covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used in normal conditions and in accordance with their user manual for a period of 24 months from the date of the original retail purchase by the first end-user customer.
To request repairs or spare parts under warranty, you must present your proof of purchase to the local distributor. They offer excellent customer service and usually have spare parts available to carry out repairs.

Maxi Cosi offers a unique service. If your child car seat has been in an accident, its safety may be compromised even if there is no visible damage. Maxi Cosi will replace the crashed seat with a brand new one. They then send the crashed seat back to the manufacturer to get valuable information about how their car seats perform in collisions. IS THE maxi cosi pebble 360 COMPATIBLE WITH MY CAR?
In order to install the Pebble 360 with the FamilyFix 360 base, the car must have isofix and no underfloor storage compartments.
In order to install the Pebble 360 with the vehicle seatbelt, it must be a 3-point seatbelt and not a lap belt.

The Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 is one of two highly safety rated rotating infant seats that can be detached off their bases. The car seat is versatile if you do not have isofix, but more convenient to use if you use it with the FamilyFix360 base.
Furthermore, it is part of the Maxi Cosi 360 Family where the toddler seat, Pearl 360, can fit onto the same isofix base. This ensures safety and convenience for approximately 4 years. With high safety ratings and back-saving rotation, you cannot go wrong with the Pebble 360.
